Saúde d'Agente grew from an initiative by CAP 2.2 in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with MediRec, so Community Health Workers can follow their own health independently. It reaches each new municipality where MediRec operates.

Questions and answers
Is it free?
Yes. Saúde d'Agente is free to download and use for Community Health Workers. A MediRec account is required.
Do I need to use it at work?
No. It is a separate application on your own phone, independent from the workplace system.
Who can see my data?
Your employer cannot see your data. What you record in the app is not visible to your health care team—but the team caring for you accesses your health information, just as it does for any other patient, so it can provide you with care.
How do I sign in?
You need a MediRec account—the same login you already use. Access works both in the application and through MediRec itself; there is no need to create anything from scratch.
What can I keep track of?
Your measurement history, screenings, appointments and, if you report a condition, follow-up for chronic diseases.
What happens if I change phones?
Simply install the app on your new phone and sign in with your MediRec account. Your information will still be there.
